LTP3 delivery - Specifying problems, identifying solutions, and finding funding – the eternal triangle
This workshop will present tools and guidelines to help authorities in developing and delivering sustainable transport strategies and schemes through LTP3 by considering LTP3 Guidance and using case study examples. The workshop is based on the EPSRC-funded DISTILLATE research project which worked closely with local authorities between 2004 and 2008. At the end of the session there will be an opportunity to see and use the DISTILLATE web-based tool to assist in the delivery of LTP3.
