The site is the Tower Park complex, consisting of a Tesco superstore and a number of leisure units.

It is located with two vehicle accesses and a number of other-mode accesses off Yarrow Road, at the

north-eastern edge of Poole. A main road leading north-east out of Poole and south-west into the centre of
|
town is located next to the site.
|
A steep slope is situated at the rear of the site, at which there is a steps access.
|
There are residential areas nearby, with the closest being an area close to the site's western boundary,
|
across Dorset Way. A hospital is located to the north-east of the site, and a short distance to the north is
|
open land.

SITE: This site is the Oberon Retail Park, located on the outskirts of the Derbyshire market town of Belper, close
|
to the town centre, some 12 kilometres to the north of Derby. The site is off Chapel Street, which heads south out of Belper

The retail park itself includes a Safeway superstore and petrol filling station, a Focus DIY superstore, and a
|
McDonalds restaurant. This is complimented by an existing building that has been converted into a factory
|
outlet store. The building also houses a small number of offices that are used by a range of organisations

including Derbyshire Social Services and the British Council of Organisations of Disabled People. The

SITE: This site is Freemen's Park. It was developed in 1997 on the site of the old cattle market, to the south of

Leicester city centre. The site contains a Safeway food superstore and petrol filling station on the eastern
|
side, and an Odeon cinema and Mecca Bingo on the western side, along with two pubs, a restaurant, and
|
a Volvo dealership on the site.
|
Generally access to the site is off Aylestone Road for the leisure activities and off Almond Road and

Freemen's Common Road for the retail activities. Aylestone Road and Freemen's Common Road are both

busy public transport thoroughfares with buses travelling to the southern suburbs of Leicester and to the
