The broad objectives of the research was to explore the relationship between parking provision, accessibility and mode choice for new developments; examine how the level of parking influences and relates to the mode choice; provide advice on parking standards for new developments; and determine appropriate definitions of modal accessibility, appropriate for use in TRICS®.
