This report compares parking demand ratios
for land uses on the TRICS® system. The land
uses include food superstores, DIY superstores,
retail parks, offices, business parks and general
industrial. The report studies in detail traffic
flow data from a total of 223 sites. The results
produce a statistical analysis of each land
use classification and give a maximum parking
demand ratio for each individual site.
